Parent Support & Training/Community Coaching Programs

We provide intensive home and community based services. Our goal is to guide and direct children and their families toward a healthier and safer home environment. Some of the programs offered include:
Parenting Wisely Program
- An in-home evidenced based program for parents-part of the Lifeways community continuum of care. Families can be referred through Community Connections or by their current Lifeways Provider.
Juvenile Diversion Program
- Provides support, accountability and mentoring for youth who have been involved with the juvenile court system.
After School Program
- Provides a fun and supportive place for youth to gain social skills, create lasting friendships, and receive skills necessary to succeed in the future.
